SHOPPERS are scrambling to score access to the annual candle sale from Bath & Body Works.
For the past 12 years, the retail giant has celebrated Candle Day where all three-wick candles are priced at just $9.95.

The day-long sales event begins on December 2 and ends on December 3.
However, this year reward members are given early access.
Early entry started at 6 am and will only go until 5:29 am ET on December 2.
Members will be able to score over 150 candle assortment in-store and online through the My Bath & Body Works.

The single post then sent shoppers into a tizzy.

Customers flooded the X comments begging the retailer for help as they reported the site was kicking them off.
One shopper wrote: "It is broken. lol The app kicked me out and now it will not let me log back in."
Another commented: "Something is wrong with the website. Code works, but it adds the original price or something at the end. $100 in candles are showing up as $256 on the order review page."
Time was a factor as well as another X user said: "I’ve been in the virtual line for 30 minutes and the estimated time keeps changing."
Bath & Body Works directed shoppers to call 1-800-756-5005 between 6 am - 2 am ET.

Shoppers can choose from over 150 three-wick candles online and in-store.
This particular design creates an even melt.
The soy wax blend formula with natural essential oils helps the candles burn consistently and evenly from beginning to end.
This means none of the wax residue being left on either side.
Each candle has lead-free wicks and are "precisely placed," per the Bath & Body Works statement.
Plus, each candle undergoes quality and safety testing that applies to industry and government standards.
